So simply, rinse your pork chops and add a pinch of salt and pepper on both sides. Place in a skillet with butter and seer on both sides of just a couple of minutes. As soon as you have the chops seared, place in a baking dish and add your favorite barbecue sauce. When ready, place in the oven on broil until the chops are cooked to the recommended temp of 160 – 179 degrees.

As simple as those directions are, this makes tender and moist chops. Add some mashed potatoes, your favorite vegetables and some Texas toast and you have a tasty meal that your family will absolutely love.
